Our comprehensive hearing assessment is designed to explore all aspects of your hearing concerns. We will take a detailed account of your medical history and discuss your lifestyle needs, favourite hobbies and all the things you would love to hear again.
A detailed video examination of your ear will be conducted. You’ll be able to see real-time images of your ear canal, giving you and your loved ones complete transparency. If we identify any findings that require a medical opinion, we can send these images electronically to an ENT specialist to save you time and help you access the treatment you need promptly.
This includes air conduction, bone conduction, and masking (if needed), along with ultra-loudness level testing where necessary.
We’ll assess your ability to hear speech in noisy environments using the QuickSIN test.
We’ll discuss the results in detail, ensuring you fully understand your hearing needs and how we can help you.
If we determine that a hearing solution will benefit you, we will provide a live demonstration to showcase how it can be truly "life-changing" for you.
