I had struggled with hearing difficulties for years and previously tried hearing aids but returned them. After researching and hearing a glowing recommendation, I booked an appointment with Ish.
Ishvaree provided exceptional service—knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring throughout both the wax removal and fitting process. Her expertise made a significant difference, and I felt completely comfortable.
I know she has been awarded many accolades and I can see why. She is a role model and I highly recommend her.
Thank you for a comforting and positive experience.

I wanted to share feedback on my recent visit to Ish for a hearing test. The experience was outstanding—from my introduction to Ishvaree to the detailed hearing test and selection of a hearing aid.
With my background in customer contracts and stakeholder management, I recognise excellent service, and Ishvaree provided just that. She was knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything so well that I’m genuinely looking forward to my fitting.
I’ve already recommended Ishvaree to friends and family as her customer care was exceptional.
10/10 for customer care, product, and expertise—one of the best experiences I’ve had.

I recently helped my elderly father, purchase hearing aids and wanted to share how delighted we were with the service from Ishvaree. Every interaction was highly professional and helpful.
Ishvaree Sharma was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and showed great understanding of age-related hearing difficulties. She adjusted her approach to make the experience easier, not just for my father (who was much more relaxed) but also for me, and I really appreciated it.
It’s early days, but I can already see how the hearing aids are improving Dad’s quality of life. Huge thanks to Ishvaree for her expertise, compassion, and care in helping him find the best aids.

I recently became a new customer and wanted to share my experience.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ishvaree Sharma – her expertise and interpersonal skills are outstanding. Her guidance in selecting the best hearing aids for my needs was invaluable.
At my fitting and payment appointment, she was again highly professional, and her good humour made the process enjoyable.

I wanted to share how delighted I am with the hearing aids I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The new aids and Roger device have not only improved my hearing but also boosted my confidence in social settings—absolutely brilliant!
This was all made possible by Ishvaree Sharma. She is truly wonderful. Ishvaree understood my anxiety around hearing appointments and past experiences that made me nervous. She listened carefully, reassured me, and ensured I got exactly what I needed—without any pressure. I completely trusted her advice.
When I collected my new aids, I was amazed by the difference they made. I can now enjoy social outings, follow conversations effortlessly, and even hear things I never noticed before! My family has also seen a positive change in me, and I feel so much more relaxed.
I would never have upgraded my hearing aids without Ishvaree’s patience, understanding, and expertise. I’m incredibly grateful to her and can’t thank her enough.

Les WThis is a post on behalf of my husband Ken W.See below. “This is a second review, two weeks after the supply, fitting and initial setting up of my new in-ear channel Phonak hearing aids by Ish. ( Although, she offers other manufacturer’s devices dependant upon choice and preference). So, how am I finding the devices? One word... OUTSTANDING! Both for the performance of the devices themselves and for the skill and expertise of Ish herself. The hearing aids have a 5 year warranty and are bluetooth enabled to my personal devices. Ish is a perfectionist, has endless patience and works tirelessly to ensure complete satisfaction with the hearing aids that you choose to suit your personal life style choices and the noise environments that you encounter in daily life. The in-ear performance of the Phonak aids are monitored and reviewed by Ish in a process of adjustment to ensure maximum performance to my ears’ very own individual characteristics. I have now returned to the world of sounds that I had previously lost and forgotten over many years. Thank you so much Ish. Ken W “Posted on Google

Subu SethiExcellent clinic -Ish was very helpful & very professional! My wife left her hearing aid charger at the hotel when we were on vacation & Ish was very obliging & charged her hearing aids for her while we waited for the return of our own charger. She even offered to order a replacement charger for us. A charming & very caring person.Posted on Google

Ish was simply amazing in the way she treated my ear wax problem and explained everything so clearly. I have to say, I was really impressed with how attentive and caring she was.
