Ken WI would highly recommend Ish without hesitation. I have had asymmetric tinnitus and hearing loss for many years that has never been satisfactorily resolved through the NHS. Ish is a very approachable lady, and spent time listening and understanding my particular problems and how it affects my daily activities. Particularly impressive, was her care and attention and technical knowledge to provide a bespoke solution to address my hearing issues. No question was too much trouble to answer. If you have an any hearing issues, I am confident that she will be able to resolve it for you. Ish is excellent and her expertise and service is top tier.
