A few weeks back I had the most incredible day at Sonova House in Warrington, and I’ve been really excited to share it with you 💙
I still can’t quite believe I was the first individual ever given a full tour of Sonova UK, and I’m still buzzing about it.
The day started with a warm welcome from Ronnie, my Regional Sales Manager, followed by a brilliant chat with Gareth about marketing and how Sonova can keep supporting Hear With Ish as we grow. Then time with Managing Director Karen Gallagher and Sales Director Jonathan Hale. As a business owner and mum myself, seeing Karen lead with such warmth after so many years with Sonova was something special.
The real highlight was the factory tour with Matthew. Watching ear impressions being scanned, shells being built, electronics fitted, every step in turning what we do in clinic into a finished hearing device that changes someone’s life. I asked a thousand questions.
It gave me a whole new appreciation for the detail, precision and teamwork behind every single hearing aid fitting. So much of what we do clinically truly comes to life there.
I also got the chance to do a short Q&A with the team about the future of hearing care and what’s coming next. I’ll be sharing that in my next post, keep an eye out.
