what to expect
We’ll begin by discussing your medical history to ensure that it’s safe to proceed with the procedure.
A detailed video examination of your ear will be conducted. You’ll be able to see real-time images of your ear canal, giving you and your loved ones complete transparency. If we identify any findings that require a medical opinion, we can send these images electronically to an ENT specialist to save you time and help you access the treatment you need promptly.
We’ll gently and efficiently remove the wax using the latest microsuction technique, which is precise and safe.
Once the wax is removed, we’ll perform another video examination to show you the difference and ensure your ears are clear. In some cases, if it is deemed unsafe to remove all the wax during the first visit, we will schedule a follow-up appointment free of charge.
To ensure you are hearing at your best, we offer a free hearing check after the wax removal. If needed, we may recommend further tests to fully understand your hearing needs.

For the best results, we recommend using Earol or olive oil drops to soften the earwax for 5-7 days before your appointment.
Please note that if no wax is present for removal, a consultation fee of £30 will apply.
