“This is a second review, two weeks after the supply, fitting and initial setting up of my new in-ear channel Phonak hearing aids by Ish. ( Although, she offers other manufacturer’s devices dependant upon choice and preference). So, how am I finding the devices? One word...

OUTSTANDING!

Both for the performance of the devices themselves and for the skill and expertise of Ish herself. The hearing aids have a 5 year warranty and are bluetooth enabled to my personal devices.

Ish is a perfectionist, has endless patience and works tirelessly to ensure complete satisfaction with the hearing aids that you choose to suit your personal life style choices and the noise environments that you encounter in daily life. The in-ear performance of the Phonak aids are monitored and reviewed by Ish in a process of adjustment to ensure maximum performance to my ears’ very own individual characteristics.

I  have now returned to the world of sounds that I had previously lost and forgotten over many years. Thank you so much Ish.

Blocked ear due to a huge amount of wax build up. Ish approached it perfectly and professionally. Provided Olive Oil for treatment and followed up by another appt where everything was removed.

Really pleased with the outcome and now i can hear fully again!

Excellent clinic -Ish was  very helpful & very professional! My wife left her hearing aid charger at the hotel when we were on vacation & Ish was very obliging & charged her hearing aids for her while we waited for the return of our own charger. I had a lovely appointment at Hear With Ish, and from the moment I arrived, Ish was so welcoming, friendly and professional. She immediately made me feel at ease.

Ish was simply amazing in the way she treated my ear wax problem and explained everything so clearly. I have to say, I was really impressed with how attentive and caring she was. She took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout, and I never felt rushed, I came with my grandfather and both of us feel very happy with the experience. Thanks Ish!

I had a wonderful experience at Hear with Ish and was pleasantly surprised to regain total confidence with my hearing once again. I came for a hearing aid fitting with my granddaughter and traveled for over an hour to come visit her. It was amazing choosing hearing aid colours, the styles and trying on the demos.Ish was absolutely lovely in the way she dealt with my problem and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone experiencing hearing difficulties.
