We partner with multiple leading suppliers to find the right solution for you. During your appointment, we spend quality time understanding your hearing priorities to recommend a solution that truly suits you.

All our hearing aids come with up to a 5 year manufacturer warranty and regular aftercare services for your peace of mind. We offer a fully-managed warranty where we will deal with manufacturer if any challenges come across. We will also try our best to secure a loaner device to ensure you are never without a hearing device.  We offer multi-point servicing to give you the expertise and maintenance checks that will ensure we maximise the performance of your hearing solutions. Regular hearing checks will also be included to review your hearing health and make any improvements or adjustments to maximise the performance of your devices.
