We’ll perform a detailed visual examination of your ears, showing you and your loved ones clear images of your ear/s canal.
We’ll conduct a hearing screen and explain the results. If necessary, we may recommend a complete hearing assessment for a more in-depth diagnosis and tailored solutions.

Our comprehensive hearing assessment is designed to explore all aspects of your hearing concerns. Hearing loss can affect your daily life and confidence in countless ways, and this detailed consultation helps us uncover those challenges so we can provide personalised solutions that improve your overall quality of life.
We will take a detailed account of your medical history and discuss your lifestyle needs, favourite hobbies and all the things you would love to hear again.
A detailed video examination of your ear will be conducted. You’ll be able to see real-time images of your ear canal, giving you and your loved ones complete transparency. If we identify any findings that require a medical opinion, we can send these images electronically to an ENT specialist to save you time and help you access the treatment you need promptly.
This includes air conduction, bone conduction, and masking (if needed), along with ultra-loudness level testing where necessary.
We’ll assess your ability to hear speech in noisy environments using the QuickSIN test.
We’ll discuss the results in detail, ensuring you fully understand your hearing needs and how we can help you with this.
